Letter of Introduction
To Whom it May Concern,

You are receiving this letter of introduction because your client is preparing to apply to our organization for financial aid to acquire necessary veterinary care for their companion animal.  Receipt of this letter does not imply approval of the application.

The Atlanta Animal Alliance, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3. Federal tax ID is 31-1804129. Our program LifeSaver provides financial assistance to companion animals who have no means of financial support.  The Atlanta Animal Alliance was founded in 2001. Our goal is to see that NO animal will ever have to suffer or be euthanized due to the financial challenges of their caretakers.  If you will be so kind as to work with us we will accomplish that goal.  In order to proceed with our application process we will need a written estimate from you with a breakdown of the total costs involved in this case.  Please include your prognosis and your fax number on the document.

When required we will gladly send you a faxed document legally promising payment for the amount we have pledged.  Once treatment is completed, and an invoice has been received, our check for payment in full for the amount we have pledged will go out in compliance with your payment terms.  If you can see your way clear to offer a discount it will be greatly appreciated and will enable us to provide sponsorship to more companion animals and their caretaker that is in need of our assistance.

Working with the LifeSaver Fund is a bit different than working with the individual client in your billing process and we strive to make the process a smooth one for all concerned. We look forward to building a professional relationship with you and your staff where we can work together for the mutual benefit of all concerned.
