Designated Funds

The Atlanta Animal Alliance LifeSaver Program has established three funds for grants. Donations are directed at either of these Funds.

The three general funds are:

  • The Emergency Fund
The Emergency Fund is by far the most active fund and helps the largest number of animals.  We are in a constant state of fundraising to provide adequate funding for situations where minutes, not hours or days are critical.

  • New Leash on Life Fund
This fund is for animals who have non-emergency conditions but face life-threatening medical conditions. The cases of these animals are posted on our website and every attempt is made to raise the necessary fund.
This fund includes Good Samaritan rescues by animal lovers and humane organizations.

  • Abused Animal Fund
This fund is reserved for animals that are found to be victims of cruelty and abuse. These animals are often found tortured, legs broken, poisoned, shot with BB's or bullets, burned, etc.
